Participants will learn to create policies and procedures that are rooted in strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally relevant approaches.

The program guides participants through the process of developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures within Indigenous communities and organizations.

It is a virtual program provided over four interactive sessions (2 hours each) where participants will follow the steps to develop a policy or procedure.

Instructors:

Upon completing this program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion from the SE Health First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Program in partnership with SE Career College of Health.
