The program emphasizes performance management techniques, recruitment and retention strategies, and leadership approaches that promote cultural safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Participants will gain practical tools to foster positive relationships, enhance team dynamics, and drive better outcomes within healthcare settings.
Intended Audience
This program is tailored for:
Leaders in health and social services, including managers, health directors, supervisors, coordinators, clinical directors, patient service representatives, and others in leadership roles.
Both instructors have extensive leadership experience and a commitment to fostering culturally safe healthcare environments.

Delivery Method
The program will be conducted via video conferencing, integrating presentations, group discussions, case studies, interactive activities, and Mentimeter polls to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
Upon completing this program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion from the SE Health First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Program in partnership with SE Career College of Health.
