The AccrediReady program consists of four virtual sessions, each lasting two hours:

Program Goals
Develop skills related to continuous quality improvement to support community, organizational, team, client, and family wellness.
Support foundational skill development to pursue, achieve, and maintain accreditation readiness.
Foster Knowledge Exchange among participants to enhance the learning experience and promote the sharing of promising practices.
Communicate relevant documentation and communication tools and resources that complement the training.
Decision-making support and pathways informing the identification of an appropriate Accreditation Organization.
Target Audience:
Accreditation coordinators
Health and social professionals and leaders working in, or supporting various services and programs (e.g., assisted living, home and community care, mental health and addictions, public health) or portfolios (e.g., Accreditation, Quality Improvement, Patient Safety)
Learning Objectives:
Develop continuous quality improvement skills that support community organizational, team, client and family wellness.
Complete a readiness assessment to reflect on where you’re at.
Develop action plans for quality improvement.
Create business continuity, disaster, and emergency plans.
Conduct SOAR analyses.
Review risk assessments.
Enhance community health assessments.
Completion: Participants will gain readiness to start or support their accreditation journey.

Upon completing the AccrediReady program, participants will receive a certificate of completion issued through our program and licensed college.
